Centralized markets hold customer coins in shared hot wallets, creating irresistible exit-scam temptations. Burrang eliminates this entirely: the platform never holds unilateral custody of customer money.
- Key 1 (Buyer), Key 2 (Vendor), Key 3 (Burrang Arbiter).
- Every payout requires 2 of 3 cryptographic keys.
- Normal order: Buyer & Vendor sign upon delivery; coins release immediately.
- Duke can only sign if an official dispute is opened and proof verified.
Discreet Courier & Parcel Logistics
Residential and business deliveries expose both parties to physical surveillance, doorstep interception, and address tracing. Burrang enforces strict physical isolation: Australia Post parcels are restricted strictly to buyer-controlled Parcel Lockers, same-day couriers require customer-held secret PIN verification, and physical disputes are governed by tamper-proof satchel video packing.
- Australia Post Tracked Parcels Only: We exclusively accept tracked Australia Post parcels with active lodgement telemetry. Untracked letters or standard stamped mail are strictly prohibited.
- No Residential or Business Delivery: We will not deliver any Australia Post parcel to a residential home or commercial business address. The system screens and blocks non-locker destinations at checkout.
- Buyer-Controlled Parcel Lockers Only: Australia Post parcels are delivered solely to an official Australia Post Parcel Locker that the buyer controls and unlocks with their private Australia Post SMS/App collection PIN.
- Same-Day Courier Secret PIN Verification: For same-day courier deliveries, the platform issues a cryptographically secure Secret PIN directly to the customer. The customer supplies this PIN to the courier upon handover to authenticate delivery before escrow can release.
- Pack & Send Tamper-Proof Satchel Video: Vendors record continuous packing in a numbered tamper-proof satchel; buyers record continuous unboxing showing the intact seal. Verified video evidence settles any physical escrow claim.
